The AI thinks. Cognitum witnesses. Every AI reasoning output is checked by the Reasoning Verification Framework, then sealed on-chain with a post-quantum signature.
What a witness proves. That the reasoning was witnessed, checked, and recorded immutably, with a quantum-safe signature and a block seal. It does not prove the reasoning is true. "Verified" means it passed the checks, not that its conclusion is correct.
